kgu9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kgu9 ("kgu9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services available through the kgu9 website, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and all related features and functionality.

By creating an account on kgu9, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the kgu9 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on kgu9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kgu9 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all players in Bangladesh. Players aged between 18 and 20 are not eligible to register, regardless of whether 18 is the legal gambling age in another jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of kgu9 or any of its affiliated entities.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on kgu9. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your kgu9 account. Required registration fields include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of the details change after registration.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kgu9 is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may request verification at any earlier point at its sole discretion. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be required. kgu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

3.3 Account Suspension During Verification

During any active identity verification process, kgu9 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests. Deposits and gameplay may continue unless a more serious compliance concern has been identified. 4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kgu9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or SMS verification codes associated with your account.

• You must not disclose your password to any other person under any circumstances, including to individuals purporting to be kgu9 staff. kgu9 will never ask for your password.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your kgu9 account on your behalf.

kgu9 shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any bets placed or withdrawals processed through your account prior to kgu9 being notified of a suspected breach will be treated as authorised transactions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

kgu9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the player account within 60 seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kgu9 does not apply any deposit processing fee; however, the payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The player's identity has been fully verified in accordance with Section 3.2.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable single-transaction or daily withdrawal limit associated with the player's account tier.
• No active compliance review or fraud investigation is pending on the account.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on kgu9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kgu9 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform any currency conversion.

kgu9 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer terms.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the timeframe specified in the offer terms will expire and be removed from the player account automatically. kgu9 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms published at the time of the original offer.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kgu9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

kgu9 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and to kgu9's internal risk management policies. The confirmation of a bet on screen constitutes acceptance of that bet by kgu9.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — due to a technical fault, data feed error, or pricing mistake — kgu9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. kgu9 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

7.3 Game Integrity — Casino and Slots

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the platform to process funds that are proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human behaviour.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing anomaly, or loophole to gain an unfair advantage over kgu9 or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise replicate any part of the kgu9 platform, its content, or its underlying technology.
• Accessing the kgu9 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where such access constitutes a criminal offence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the kgu9 platform — including but not limited to the kgu9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of kgu9 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kgu9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, or modification of any kgu9 content without the prior written consent of kgu9.

10. Privacy & Data

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from bets placed on the basis of incorrect odds or market data caused by a third-party data feed error, where such bets have been voided in accordance with Section 7.2.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in Section 4.
• Any interruption to live streaming or real-time data services caused by third-party infrastructure failures beyond kgu9's reasonable control.

kgu9's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kgu9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — kgu9 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email before the change takes effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to kgu9 as an internationally licensed platform.
